简介

IOTA是一个面向物联网的分布式账本。它是首个实现无费用微交易以及安全数据传输的账本。具备量子抗性。IOTA是一种突破性的新型开源分布式账本，不使用区块链。其创新的量子抗性协议——Tangle，带来了独特的新特性，如零费用、无限可扩展性、快速交易、安全数据传输等。IOTA最初专注于作为物联网（IoT）的骨干基础设施。 IOTA是一种无需交易费用、无需矿工处理交易的加密货币。但提交交易仍需一定的计算能力，这使其非常适合机器作为货币和分布式通信协议用于物联网“IoT”。IOTA的主要目的是解决区块链技术的一些主要问题，其中最核心的是：区块链（如比特币）越大，交易速度越慢、费用越高，且资金转移的限制也越多。区块链的另一个问题是规模：随着区块不断增加，区块链越来越长，能够挖矿的计算机数量也越来越少。目前BTC已超过150GB，ETH也是如此。如果这个规模增加十倍，几乎没有计算机能够挖矿。这使得它们相对中心化（前两大比特币矿池控制着约56%的算力）。
