Compound治理代币是Compound Finance借贷协议上的治理代币。COMP允许持有者将投票权委托给其选择的地址：持有者自己的钱包、其他用户、应用程序或DeFi专家。任何人只要获得委托，就可以参与Compound治理，无需持有COMP。 任何拥有1% COMP委托到其地址的人都可以提出治理行动；这些行动可以是简单或复杂的操作集合，例如添加对新资产的支持、更改资产的抵押因子、更改市场的利率模型，或更改当前管理员可以修改的任何其他协议参数或变量。
