由 BitTorrent 網路的發明者 Bram Cohen 創立，Chia Network 正在建構一個更去中心化、更高效且更安全的區塊鏈與智慧交易平台。 Chialisp 是 Chia 全新的智慧交易程式語言，功能強大、易於審計且安全。該區塊鏈採用自 2008 年 Bitcoin 推出以來首個新的 Nakamoto 風格共識演算法。Proofs of Space and Time 透過利用未使用的磁碟空間，取代了耗能的「工作量證明」（proofs of work）。 Chia Network 在全球範圍內支援 Chia 區塊鏈的開發與部署。Chia Network 支援 chia 開發者，並透過軟體支援和 chia 借貸，促進 chia 的企業應用。
