Threshold 是一個由 NuCypher 和 Keep 網路合併而成的項目，致力於以完全去中心化的方式為 web3 社群提供不同的門檻密碼學解決方案。門檻密碼學是一種利用密碼學來解鎖數位資產更大效用和可用性的技術，無需信任中心化方。門檻密碼學將敏感操作分佈到多個獨立實體（如網路中的節點），並需要這些實體達到門檻（即最低數量）合作才能使操作成功。
