John Wu é o Presidente da Ava Labs, uma empresa de tecnologia apoiada pela Andresseen Horowitz que está construindo a plataforma blockchain de próxima geração: Avalanche. Sua missão é tornar serviços e produtos financeiros acessíveis a todos. Ele está usando sua experiência de mais de anos como executivo de fintech e investidor em tecnologia para criar uma solução baseada em blockchain para a originação, emissão e negociação de ativos financeiros. Anteriormente, John foi CEO do SharesPost Digital Assets Group, que possibilitava a negociação de tokens de ações privadas e fundos em conformidade. Antes disso, foi investidor em tecnologia e fundador da Sureview Capital, um fundo de hedge apoiado pelo Blackstone Group. John começou sua carreira de investimentos na Tiger Management, um distinto fundo de hedge que tinha $ bilhões em ativos sob gestão em seu auge.
