Pendulum é uma rede blockchain interoperável construída no framework Substrate da Polkadot, projetada para servir como o elo perdido entre as finanças tradicionais e o ecossistema DeFi. Seu ativo nativo, PEN, funciona como o token de utilidade central para a Vortex Finance, uma plataforma líder de rampa fiat-to-crypto e gateway de liquidação global.
