Harbor Protocol is an inter-chain stablecoin issuance protocol on Comdex Chain for minting Composite ($CMST), an over- collateralized inter-chain stablecoin. Harbor Protocol is a dApp that allows whitelisted assets to be collateralized to mint $CMST.
