交易所之间转账在2019年后最重要监管更新就是travel rule的介入，就是A交易所给B交易所转账的时附带在A交易所的KYC和账户信息，一般来说两个都互相在travel rule里的交易所资金就算出现问题也能第一时间识别出来。 HTX这个事情波及的部分可能很大，原因就是交易所是一个天然的混币池，在被调查后，所有和HTX相关的进账出账都是不被信任的，是时候交易所对交易所转账审核的复杂度和效率完全不是一个级别的。
