소개

Shutter is an encryption-as-a-service protocol that prevents malicious MEV and real-time censorship by implementing encrypted mempools on Ethereum and other chains. It enables fair simultaneous moves in applications like private voting, sealed-bid auctions, and pari-mutuel betting. The SHU token governs Shutter DAO 0x36, which funds network development and elects Keypers.
