StarkNet
L2StarkNet es un rollup de validez descentralizado y sin permisos de Capa 2 (L2), construido para permitir que Ethereum escale mediante protocolos criptográficos llamados STARKs, sin comprometer los principios fundamentales de Ethereum de descentralización, transparencia, inclusión y seguridad. El Token de StarkNet es necesario para operar el ecosistema, mantenerlo y asegurarlo, decidir sobre sus valores y objetivos estratégicos, y dirigir su evolución. Este token será requerido para (i) gobernanza, (ii) pago de tarifas de transacción en StarkNet y (iii) participación en el mecanismo de consenso de StarkNet.
